Pascal Maillard is a seasoned humanitarian worker and a senior consultant. His area of expertise is to provide support to INGOs, Development actors as well as International Agencies through leading variety of assessments, managing and designing of strategic plan, delivering analytical products and providing actionable recommendations.
Capitalizing on nearly 20 years of professional experience has enabled him to develop deep knowledge and understanding, mainly based on the issues of access to basic rights for the most affected and vulnerable people, within conflict, post-conflict and social trouble contexts.
He is mainly concerned with the issue of access to education in emergency (formal and non-formal education, vocational training, remedial courses, psychosocial support, children’s rights), with significant experiences in Haiti, Benin, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, as in France.
Finally he has held various senior positions in NGOs as Consultant, Area and Programme Coordinator, Project Manager, in the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa, the Balkans and the Caribbean.
